The MoneySpot Investment Fund is an ASIC regulated Managed Investment Scheme that raises money from the public inorder to fund it's consumer loan book.

The consumer loan book is made up of thousands of small unsecured short-term loans, ranging from $200-$3500 for up to 3 months. The fee structure is typically a nominal interest rate or fee that yields 4% per month and an establishment fee of 20% of the loan amount up to a maximum of$400.

We are able to pay substantially higher returns than your typical term deposit or P2P lender given the short duration of the loans we provide, and the high degree of automation deployed in operating the business.

We make all our lending decisions based on very strict and highly automated lending criteria, and bear 100% of the responsibility for the performance and collection of these loans.

the MoneySpot Investment Fund targets 10% p.a. return and that's after all fees and charges. You can invest as little as $1000 over a minimum 6 month term.
